How To Tread Water (Eggbeater)
Eggbeater is the most effective form of treading water, that’s why water polo players use the eggbeater when they play. It allows the player to elevate up while shooting or passing using their arms. Eggbeater is also a great skill for anyone looking to become stronger in the water. It’s a great skill for kids learning to swim and it’s great for lifeguards who need to be able to move people in the water while staying up. We have several great eggbeater videos to get anyone to learn this great skill.
